Denise Devine is the Founder of Veloris Consulting and a Senior Manager with Continuum Advisory Group, where she brings over 20 years of expertise in growth strategy and operational efficiencies to the construction industry. As a consultant, researcher, author, and speaker, Denise works with a wide range of industry stakeholders, including contractors, industry associations, and educational institutions.
Denise is actively contributing to the industry, including authoring the upcoming 2024 edition of the Construction Technology Report for NECA, MCAA, and SMACNA, following her role in supporting the research and delivering the keynote presentation at the 2024 MEP Innovation Conference. She is currently co-authoring multiple research-driven publications, including a curriculum and textbook on AI for the Construction Industry in collaboration with The New School of Architecture.
Beyond her consulting work, Denise is deeply involved in industry organizations. She serves as the Chair of the Women Construction Coalition’s Julia Morgan Society, the Treasurer of CMAA San Diego’s DEIB committee, and Communications Director for the Construction Progress Coalition. Her commitment to education and industry optimization reflects her passion for advancing the construction sector and supporting contractors nationwide.
